The Materials Used For Our Coast Guard Panels Are Top-Of-The-Line
The material used in our Coast Guard panels allows for the most efficient use possible. The standard core is made of aluminum honeycomb. There are various finishes that are used: USCG approved Arvex™ decorative laminates, approval No. 164.112/87/0 mill finish anodized per MIL-A-8625, chemfilm (alodine) per MIL-C-5541 baked enamel high pressure plastic laminates. The adhesive we use is film form epoxy per SAE-AMS-A-25463, type 1, class 1. And finally the faces are 045" think 6061-T6 aluminum or 24 gallon type 304 stainless steel #4 finish.
